IT Services Executive / IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Services Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking with a willingness to learn and grow in IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
•Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
•Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems
•Assist in website, server, and domain-related support
•Maintain IT documentation and service reports
•Coordinate with development and network teams when required

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows/Linux)
•Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
•Familiarity with web hosting, domains, and emails
•Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or any programming language is a plus
•Good communication and problem-solving skillss

Skills Required:
Experience with IT service tools or helpdesk systems
